- Designed civil site
and utility plans for new 400,000 square feet manufacturing plant
including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water supply with emergency
fire pump facilities, and railroad spur on ±30 –acre
site in Haywood County, Tennessee. Project was performed jointly
for LASCO
and the City of Brownsville with funds provided by the City, LASCO,
and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
- Designed grading plan
for 7650 sq. ft. auto parts store on approximately 1-acre site in
Selmer, Tennessee. February, 1995.
- Boundary survey, site
plans, utility plans, and grading plans for 22,000 sq. ft. furniture
store on 3.84 acres out-parcel of Corinth Wal-Mart Supercenter Store
(plans subject to approval by Wal-Mart). June, 1994
- Designed grading plan
for 18,000 sq. ft. Piggly-Wiggly Supermarket and 16,000 sq. ft.
Fred's Store at intersection of State Hwy. #100 and U.S. Hwy. #45
By-Pass in Henderson, Tennessee on 7.03-acre tract for Developers.

(Hardee's Restaurants) of approximately 3000 sq. ft. in Corinth,
New Albany, Oxford, Grenada, and Greenwood in Mississippi and Bolivar
and Selmer in Tennessee. 1984 through 1987.

- Designed Site and Grading
plans for Wal-Mart Store (±66,000 sq. ft.) in Beech Lake
Shopping Center in Lexington, Tennessee along with other retail
stores totaling 10,000 sq. ft. and an E.W. James Grocery Store containing
approximately 18,000 sq. ft. for the Developers subject to approval
by Wal-Mart. June, 1987
